Since childhood, art has been my way of inhabiting the world. Drawing and painting have never been merely a passion, but the language through which I observe reality and give form to what I feel. This instinct led me first to a diploma in Art and later to a degree in Painting from the Academy of Fine Arts in Venice.
For over thirty years, painting has been central to my artistic exploration. I work primarily with acrylics, watercolors, or mixed media, selecting the materials best suited to what I wish to express on each occasion. Beyond the technique itself, my focus lies in exploring the bond between the human being and the cosmos, seeking to make visible those profound connections that usually elude the eye. This pursuit has given rise to "Cosmocromie" and "Amazzoni cosmiche", series of works dedicated to the mystery of the universe, viewed as a mirror and metaphor for the human inner world.
Over time, I felt certain energies calling to move beyond the canvas and temporarily embody the human form. That is how body painting became a natural extension of my artistic exploration. From 2014 to 2020, body painting served as my primary arena for experimentation, leading me to participate in numerous international festivals and competitions...and to win the World Championship title in 2018. Rather than a final destination, this was a significant milestone in a journey that continues to this day, driven by the same enduring desire: to create works capable of stirring emotions, evoking feelings, and giving form to the invisible.
Today, I continue to paint, experiment, teach, and design artistic experiences where painting, nature, and the individual come together, allowing us to encounter the beauty within ourselves.
